Dear DG family
Does anyone know how to establish business credit seperate from your own.
I was sent a letter from a company D and B wanting me to set up business credit through them.
I don't have good credit but have a $200,000 home with 100% equity.
Also does anyone know anyone who would lend me money
with that $200,000 home either a hard money lender or an institution that will loan me money solely based on my equity.

I was wanting to know if anyone has any suggestion on where or how to find a mortgage broker to shop for a good loan. I just bought my first property and what i am needing to do is get a equity loan against it to buy more properties.

Hi everybody, first time visitor to this site. i read this forum everyday and love hearing everybodys experiences in real estate. im a newbie real estate investor and im starting with this assignment thing. i have one question though. i got my first offer accepted and now prepared to present the contract to the owner, which i downloaded from this site. Before i make the seller sign it, do i have to show it to an attorney to make sure its legit or for him to notorize it or something. or do i just make the seller sign and me sign it. not really sure when the attorney gets involved.

hi everyone! im having problems getting a good mortgage broker! i have 4 motivated buyers but one of those buyers is self inployed and i need some help in how to find a good broker. i live in central ca just in case anyone know any broker around here?

Does any one know the name or web site of the company that will give you a letter of pre qualification. I have seen post on this site before but am unable to find them now.

As anyone who has shopped around for a mortgage knows, it's extremely difficult to compare one lender's offering to with that of another lender because the up-front fees vary so much and are not guaranteed. Lenders and their venders can, and sometimes do, add or inflate fees in the eleventh hour of a transaction.

I have been pursuing a POF letter from Coastal-Funding since yesterday but their "submit" link is down. I would like to place an offer on another property ASAP but need proof of funds as the property is REO.I would prefer to work with Coastal-Funding but time is of the wastin' lol.

My question is, can anyone recommend a proven trusted transactional funding company? I know Coastal-Funding is proven trusted and reliable. Are there any other popular, similar companies?

Hey everyone. Its been a while since I posted on here, and I just want to say I love all the info that gets posted on here. Thanks Dean for the weekly blogs, I love Mondays cause I'm always looking forward to seeing what you have to say. I'm hoping someone can help me with finding a bank or credit card company who does cash advances in the 20K to 50K range. I'm finding that I can get big limits on my credit cards some even no limits but I cant get cash advances.

I am on unemployment with not to good credit, wife is on disability- pending law suit, talk to guy about getting mortg. Guy says sorry, can't use you at all! Can't use the wife until disability is proven to be permenate!! Can't get a mortgage! Please somebody help us on how to get our 1st house, and then some!!
