How I Found Some Sellers - Another "Out of The Box" Tip

Okay, I have tried this route, and it is 9:0 am. on Tuesday morning, and I have just gotten 3 calls from this route. This really suprised me, and I am happy that I dropped some business cards off at these places. I think of things differently, and try to work backwards to see where I can find sellers and buyers. Well, what I did was drop a few business cards off at funeral homes. I didn't know if that would work or not, but it has.

Need Help finding a CASH Investor!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone, I was recently contacted by a lady from Collingdale, Pennsylvania who has a property that she needs to unload ASAP because she ran out of money before she finished the rehab. The property does need work but with only a few finishing touches it can be turned into a positive monthly cashflow property or a great fix and flip. If anyone knows someone or is that someone who is interested in pursuing this deal, please PM me or respond to this post. I appreciate any help I can get. I'm just a fellow beginner investor looking to finally make that big deal happen.

How I Found ALL Of My Investors

I'm a newbie, but have a piece of information that may help some new folks out there as well. This is how I found all my investors -buyers. I live in Iowa, so not sure how this may apply to your state, but now days alot of states act this way too. Many times now the accessors office has their properties online through each county of your state. What I did was do a name search on the properties in that specific county. My search term was these: Properties, Investments, LLC, and Rentals. What this did was bring up the company name that these investors where operating under.

Long Distance Finders Fee - How?

I have a question for the experienced RE investors out there. . .

I am just starting out and I'm going to be a property locator for awhile. I am in the process of putting together my buyers list. One of my buyers is in Los Angeles CA. I am in New England.

He wants to pay me a finders fee for property I locate in L.A that he and his partners can close on profitably.

These would not be assignments, just very good finder's fees.

He & his partner would like first contact with the owners since they understand how they want to purchase the property & can explain it well.
