I am just finishing Deans book PFRERN. I am excited to get started with my real estate career. I live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and there are a lot of properties for sale by realtors and FSBO's. I am looking to change the quality of life for my 2 year old daughter Jasmyn. So failure is not an option. I have a lot of enthusiasm and motivation so lets get the ball rolling.

What's good Julian? Good to see people wanting to enhance there real estate investing knowledge. It's not hard once you stay involved in it everyday. I C U Started by reading Dean's book, That's a good step... and absorb the strategies laid out & this website... This is such a good website, to me one of the best. Very informative in many topics.
