Bought all the latest books now which one do i start reading first?
Can any one help me here...NEW TO THIS .

I'm a new student at DG Academy but i'm ready to give it up. I am loaded with a lot of informations to read and study but it is not taking me anywhere. I work 8 hours daily and i come home study, study and study for 4-7 hours daily. I used to go to look for properties before i started this course but now, i don't even have the time to do that. I spent my sister's money for this course however, i don't think this course will teach me something new that i didn't know before. Everything i've learned so far is something i already knew. Dean's book has taught me so many things about real estate i didn't know before although i had invested on real estate before.

debts, Proverbs 22:7 (King James Version).
The rich ruleth over the poor, and the
borrower is servant to the lender.
- acknowledge the true state of their finances
(good debt vs bad debt);
- develop a practical plan of action for
paying of the debt;
- avoid the negative practices that put them
in the situation in the first place;
- develop a strategic way of managing finances;

Hello, everyone! This will hopefully be the first of many posts for myself. I am brand new to Dean Graziosi.com and to the forums. I purchased The Profit from Real Estate Book Right Now last month in May, and I took my sweet old time reading it. I finished it last week. I must say that I have guarded optimism about pursuing a career in real estate. The optimism stems from my knowing that I have always been successful in my life with everything {well, ALMOST everything :-)} I have taken on in my life. The guarded part of me is the fear of failure. I mean, who doesn't have that?

I need Ideas on how to get funds for an Earnest Money Deposit which is required in order to business with Banks.

Should I advertise on Craigslist?

If I tell them it is for an Earnest Money Deposit on a home do you think they will want to know the Property Address?

What expenses would I as an Assignee incur? I live in Massachusetts. I am assigning so I should not have any Title Commitment or Insurance fees is this right?

I have nothing of my own to invest but I want to get started with this.

It is a recording. Which is fine for the reason given and completely understandable.

And, the talk was great. But... this is supposed to be a weekly call.

I've called in several weeks in a row and... the talk Dean is giving is the exact same talk.

Any idea when there will be anything new here? I can't get too upset since its a free call. But I'd like more!

If Dean could record several weeks in one sitting, then it would be easy to post out there the "talk of the week."

I am brand new to this. I just ordered Dean's book today, and now waiting for it to start reading.. I have been looking into buying the book for about a week now. I must admit, I was hesatant. I am only 21years old, and currently unemployed.

I am still sceptical about all this. I have bad credit, no money, but PLENTY of spare time on my hands and looking for a new career that has a positive and life-long effects on my life. And I am young. I have alot of people doubting me on all of this because of these facts.

I am writing this in response to several active posts going on right now that have several people paralyzed with fear. We all have fears and struggles, I know I do for sure. I have from day one. But the thing that I have gotten better at is constantly focusing on the PRIZE or the Goal. If your goal is big enough whenever an obstacle gets in you way the goal can still be seen. Your goal should be the size of a mountain. You should eat, sleep, and breathe your goals, your dreams. Keep them in front of you.

"pride cometh before the fall" Just like the bible verse says. The reason I bring this up is because there are going to be a lot of you who start making great amounts of money through some of the techniques Dean teaches. It is very easy to start thinking that you are better than some people. Arrogance is ignorance dressed in fine clothing. Things can change fast. Once you start getting a few deals under your belt, stop for a minute and give thanks for the blessings you are receiving. Try to figure out how to start giving back. Be thankful and abundance will shower down on you.
