God bless
Good morning all,
I'm currently looking at a property but I'm having trouble finding contact information for the owner. I've checked Iresis and the mortgage companies, now I'm off to drop a letter at someones door who could be the mother of the owner (I got her address from an investor I've meet up with).
Where else can I lookup the owner's phone number or other possible contact information?
Thanks,
Kremnari
I was wondering Dean, if there was anything close to the Paragon 4 used by Realtors and Agents to pull up comps and MLS listings with all of that extra info that you can provide us with so that we'll be able to get more precise comparables and be even more ahead of these Realtors and Agents?
Thanks!
I'm a newbie getting all set-up to start making money. My question is has anybody ran across a similar wording to access your county records online? Wichita KS is my area and I would appreciate any feed back to this statue of our county. I'm thinking because I'm wanting to "buy" I should be okay right?
Thanks for any feed back.
Please be advised that K.S.A. 45-230 provides:
I found a property in a nother state That the owners are wanting to sell They had been doing a rehab and ran out of money Is there away to find out what they owe with out going threw the property owner or LA.

Trying to find info on a buyers list spread sheet. I searched it but not getting any results. Not really sure what one is. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks Ryan.
i understand Dean's property examination explanation in his book, but would I ever need to have a contractor go out myself? I would think this would be up to the end buyer.
So my question pertains to how much due dilligence would I need to do as a wholesaler before locking up a property under contract regarding the title. What if the seller has a property tax lien that he didn't disclose to me or a water/sewer lien? I guess this is where the deal would fall through with my end buyer. thanks for your reply
Hey guys! I just recently signed up, hence the lame/boring profile. I'll try to jazz it up ASAP. I have a question for those of you who can help, though. Now I know we need a good real estate attorney to close deals, my question is how exactly would I go about finding one? Google: "Real estate attorney/ my county"? Once I get my list of possible attorneys and begin calling, what specifically am I asking them? If they're familiar with double closings and assigning contracts? What else?
