WARNING: Loan Offers - Internet Scammers

Note to everyone! Just because a random person on this site, or anywhere else on the web has recommended a loan or credit service does not mean it is legit. In fact, most of all internet based offers are scammers, often operating out of foreign countries. NEVER EVER get involved with anyone without doing a lot of research and you can bet your life they are the real deal. If you get involved in with a scammer you will either end up ripped off of a lot of money or have your identity stolen.

Investment Property

After taking Dean's course in person, I lost my job and had 48K in an IRA. Looking for a safe place to put my money, I was connected with Mountain West IRA. I was told about some property on two different golf courses. On in Benton County AR Bella Vista, and one in Fairfield Glade TN.

I was told they where foreclosed on by a developer and
and where selling for 30k each before the foreclosure. I paid 8 thousand each, 3 lots in AK and 3 in TN, this was in 2011. Since then I have been paying taxes, and golf course fees. One of my recent bills is for $1600 for Fairfield Glade, the other is about the same.
is $500.00, and can not even give them away. Having already spent 48k on them and paying 2 grand a year in taxes and fees, I don't know how to get rid of them. I
