Het there,i live in Canada (Vancouver,B.C.)and i know that most mobile home parks tend to have a manager or someone that runs the park.They would have all the names and contact numbers of the owners for each mobile,given he/she will give you the information.Not much and might of already new that but I hope I could be some help.
