Hey dreamcastle why yes I have!I bought my first tax lien about 5 yrs ago and for $600! Just an empty lot I bought through the mail from the state!I sold it for $4000! Now I know that dont sound like much but now I've got another one that I'm working on that I plan to rent it out to have a income!Or sell for $20000!I bought it for $180 3 yrs ago! So now its mine!I'm in the middle of remodeling it soooo.......Most of my houses are low income families!
