New Company for Lead Pipes?

Has anyone had their Lead Pipes updated or reset for that matter, with the new buyers list information that we were told would be updated a few weeks ago? I know they have contracted with a new company, but havent heard anything on the implemenation of the data? Anyone have any news? I am anxious as I had no success with the first company that was used(not one cash buyer in VT, highly doubtful)and have been told that "they have been working on it" for a 3-4 weeks now. Any news would be great as I would rather market to cash buyers in VT, vs. NH.

Hi Marc

Instead of waiting around for something to happen, you should go to or contact your county tax office all the same information is there. Your going to have to do that anyway, because the lead pipe is only going to give you the name of the person who purchased a property. You still have to find out their mailing address, and send them something.

Is this in the set for life system? Have you gone the realtor route for finding properties that have been cash sales?

I went to the court house with the names and found the addresses,and mailed out a letter to each one,and nothing happened.

It's been suggested that you make a mailing to your potential buyers every 2 weeks for 12 weeks making a total of six mailings. You need to be in their faces and on their minds constantly. I finally got a response from my letter campaign after about a month. To quote Tom Petty "The waiting is the hardest part."

The faster way is to go "Old School" and pick up the telephone. You can use a number of different websites to get their phone numbers. These people aren't going to bite off your head so what do you have to lose? Call the people who own multiple properties as they will probably be your best clients.

Thanks for the great input,I'll will do,but to find out their number,they would need a house phone it dont work on a cell phone,which most of them dont have a home phone now.

I have used it

I have used the list that was posted this month. There are quite a few cash buyers in my area. If you save the list to a .csv file, you can open in excel and you get all the contact information as well as the property information.

A serious investor wants leads. I'm sure they will have a traceable number. Better yet, if the owner of record is a business, there will be a way to contact them (and they're the ones you want to contact anyway.)
One way or another, you can get the info you want if you're willing to look for it.
