IPAD2???

Any DGer's using the IPAD2 with their RE Investing??? If so, would be very interested in how and what apps you're using.

I use my iPad

Hello Ron and Ingrid,

I love my iPad and use it for everything. I don't have a laptop and use the iPad instead. These are basic apps, but here are what I use:

- Zillow
- Truilia
- Foreclosures
- HUD Homes
- Auction.com
- GPS Drive HD
- Realtor

There are several property evaluator programs out there, but none seemed worth the time and money. I have created two Numbers templates that I use on the iPad to just fill out info about a property. One for a deal analysis and one for rehab costs. There are still being tweaked.
