Finding a good contractor and someone that comes recommended are very important in the rehab business.
The moisture and conditions in MA are very important to work with someone that understands the area and the conditions and the effects that certain material will have in the harsh conditions of MA. I would be interested in how long they have been working in the industry and we can always ask for referrals on previous jobs they have done. Most contractors have no problems giving referrals when they are doing good work.
