First Deal

If offer Gets accepted and my buyer wants it..Is There paper work That has to be filled out so I get my money at closing..Just making sure I have all the right papers in order So I get my $ at the end

take both, the purchase

take both, the purchase agreement between you and seller for whatever it is say 40k and assignment contract between you and end buyer for say 45k to title co and open escrow. if its a rehab ARV will determine what you should ask from your end buyer. you will get check for 5k at closing.
