Looking for Bird Doggers in Las Vegas STILL LOOKING

I used Craigslist to find Bird Doggers.I received 8 on a single posting. (Friday post @1500/3:00pm) Advertise under jobs offered, real estate and make sure to offer a finders fee. This fee will be paid after closing. Here's is a copy of my post:

BIRD DOG FEES (PROPERTY ACQUISITIONOR)

We are a group of investors that are looking to take advantage of the current state of the real estate market. We are looking for someone that is familiar with buying distressed or troubled real estate. Make $250-500 every time you bring us the address and picture of a vacant or boarded up house and we buy it (paid at closing only). Exceptions: Please be advised that we are only accepting properties in the following areas: ??????? and ????? Counties. We do not accept properties with a Realtor sign on them or those addresses already submitted by other bird dogs (Property Acquisitionors). All Property Acquisitionors are paid upon a first-come, first-served basis. Please forward addresses via email, mobile phone, or fax. If we are interested in the property we will contact you. Not looking for rehab more then 15-25k in work

I was wondering if you were still looking for someone to bird dog in the Las Vegas area. If so, I would be interested in doing so for you. I am a former mortgage loan consultant, very familiar with the market out here and still have connections in real estate.
