We have been placed in the path of the most supportive forum by far. Dean has a gift like no other. This commercial offer was a result of calling on homes for rent in the newspaper. With the intention of building our buyer's list. This lead was from a home owner who happen to be a realtor,
advertising her home for rent. We exchanged emails and phone numbers. By staying in contact thru email, she disclosed that she had a very motivated buyer who needed an auto repair shop only on the main highway between two towns. She wanted to know if we were aware of anything. So there was a building that once was a gas station some years back. It appeared to be occupied from the outside. But I knew that it hasn't been open for quite sometime. After getting the owners name from the tax office. We were able to get the phone number from info. He was very happy that we had called. He wanted to sell immediately. We are assigning it for $275,000.00. So we were able to meet with the attorney to draw the offer up today to present to the seller. So hopefully we can get the two parties involved as early as next week. Such an asset to have a great attorney. Continued Success...........Sandra and Lubertha

Hello Ladies: The Lord has taken you under his wing. I think it is great you two are doing so good. I am an master auto technician by trade and it is so hard to find a suitable building in the Right Spot to open a garage. Location, location, location is truly applicable for a repair shop. I had my own repair shop (Down Under Auto Repair) when I lived in Ohio. I worked my but off by myself 6 to 7 days a week for 5 years and I lived on about $9000 a year to pay my personal debts with and put all profits back into the business. With everyone in my wallet (Government), I was not able to get anywhere fast. This is why I closed my garage and now I am going to make it through RE. I know you will be able to do this deal. Too often we spend so much time "looking, thinking, planning, deliberating, talking, contemplating, arguing, worrying...." and DOING NOTHING! YOUUUUUUUUU two have taken the bull by the horns and are out there MAKING IT HAPPEN!!! And you know what I love even more? From knowing you, neither one of you are brash/aggressive women by nature, yet you are out there with a rock-solid resolve to succeed, boldly! It just shows that ANY personality type can do this! Just get past those obstacles and press on, right?? Thank you for being such a wonderful example!!

Hi Rina, Lubertha and I have examined our lives over and over and knew that God has a bigger plan for us. Our realization came when we decided to "take the BULL BY IT'S HORN," no matter what. I tried the effect of "there are many more ways to skin a cat" and Lubertha thought it was gross, therefore I suggested the BULL STORY.
