Total NET profit so far since EDGE 2014 = $30,500.
We closed a lease option deal 2 weeks before the EDGE and cleared $53,000. So the last 6 weeks have been OK!
Wholesaling and doing L/Os just like Dean teaches. Even in a very competitive market. Multiple offers, highest and best, selling over list etc. etc. blah, blah, blah!
25 to 1 works when done the way Dean teaches.

Those are awesome results! I am a new investor and just finished watching the replay of the Edge. I have implemented the 25-to-1 and made 17 offers so far. I just got the first one excepted Friday. I have three buyers on my list, that I am confident will want the property, however, I could put a tenant in it and collect a 19% ROI. I am starting out a little slow, but I am sure that with following Dean and Matt, I will learn to go much faster.
