This is also known as lis pendens which is Latin for lawsuit pending and is filed by the lenders attorney? Or are they two separate items? the Notice of Default and lis pendens? The lis pendens is filed with the county recorders office at the court house? This is why we go to the court house, to retrieve the court documents such as lis pendens? Is there a step just before this to get ahead of other investors? Flyers, and Bandit Signs can work to our advantage but is there another tool to use?
