CL Seller Ads, Where to put them and when.

I have had no problems building my buyers list on Craigslist but I'm having a hard time building a sellers list from CL.

Where are the best places and times to place my ads and what are the best, most unique ads you have had get good results for you?

Craigslist does not work for me.

I do not understand why when so often people say put it on craigslist. I have put ads for exactly what Dean says to put to get buyers and sellers. I got one call on the 3/2 ad. I have put ads for garage sale and room rental in my home and not one call. I am either doing it wrong or this world is a whole lot worse off than we know. After I place the ad I go back to see it for myself and it is there which tells me others can see it. Just no response. Very discouraging and I will never make it if people don't know that I am here and if they don't want what I have to offer. Sorry but this makes me blue and I am working to stay up. Its hard sometimes and I know that I can not be alone in what I am feeling.

I am going to the post office and then I am going door to door with some flyers. Have a good day.

call the fsbo on CL- some have multiple houses- or know others selling

put your I buy houses/you selling I'm buying in house for sale and services and housing wanted-

investors always check their own ads

I have far more luck finding buyers on craigs list than sellers. This is true anywhere I run my squeeze page or phone number ads. I get 50 "buyers" to every seller. I use other means to find motivated sellers. Every one I have talked to says the same thing. Buyers - no problem. Sellers - hard to come by. You know where to look, you have said it before! Pre foreclosure, probates, estate sales for rent signs, garage sales, moving sales, fsbo signs, and of course, bandit signs; Yours and some one elses (possible co-wholesale)

Bandit Signs

I just got thru reading the Blue Print Page #4 section of 30 Days To Real Estate Cash & Dean was talking about the bandit signs for home sellers. (Pgs. 95-100) It's pretty simple ~ something like:

You could probably even try this on Craigslist, in the sections Mike talked about. And/or, or embed a video pic in the ad, linking it to a video you made or will make. Now, that's getting creative.
