I'm working on building up my buyers list. Does anyone have a script to use for calling "FOR RENT" ads for potential buyers?
I would take a pretty simple approach. Something like
"Hi my name is ____________. I saw your property for rent on __________. I'm calling because I'm a local investor and I am looking to network with other investors in this area, and I was wondering if you are still picking up properties here."

I asked if he was looking for any more investment properties? I got the funniest response..."God NO!" I asked if he was interested in selling, he said he was thinking of listing it with a realtor. I explained how I might be able to help him sell without listing it with a realtor he has emailed me pictures already and everything. There are actually 2 house's on this property one is rented the other is not...Tenants just moved out of the front property. I am trying to find a buyer for him...see what happens? It is so easy to find the properties...it's finding the buyers that want them...it's all a numbers game!
