Wholesale Cash Buyers

Well I have finally landed three serious cash buyers.

All three have answered the questions to my criteria list quicker than I could ask them...Lol

I'm happy now to confidently go out and find some properties for these folks.

They will provide proof of funds for me.

I recommend that you see them before you show or provide any info.

Allows you to filter out the serious from the frauds.

I have been through quite a few tire kickers.

I spoke to a guy today who just happened to have two properties that fit another buyers criteria I have on my list. I wonder how I would go about that deal.

Two possible deals?

Frank, I would not expose this person to your buyer unless you could get a good enough deal, for you and your buyer. Just see if you can get yourself in the middle somewhere.
