One that's quite popular is click2mail.com. Think its actually owned by USPS, but REALLY cheap, like 40 cents per postcard printed, shipped, everything..

The awesome thing about using them is that you can upload your list of recipients via csv file, etc and then mail merge in whatever pieces of data you wanted, to personalize the mailing for that specific person...

For example, you could do something like:

No other service that I've found offers this through self service like this, prices are great, can also choose yellow card stock to make stand out..

Only bad thing is that their site can be kindof buggy... Otherwise, its a great option and very affordable..
