OfflineI watched video 5 of Deans live broadcast from California where he is talking to Matt about how he wholesales and who he wholesales to. He talked about finding specific cash buyers who are not rehabbers but landlords looking for cashflow. He said they are a lot easier to wholesale to because they don't require a huge discount they just want the monthly cashflow.
I want to know what is the best/fastest way to find these type type of buyers?

I agree with Sarah and Mike, by calling For Rent ads you'll get people who want to buy or you'll get people who want to sell... Very few landlords want to just sit still with what they have.

Call "For Rent" ads in the paper or if you see them while out and about. Also on craigslist look up apt/housing for rent and I guarantee you'll find landlords there.
