OfflineI was just wondering if there was more that I needed to be doing to find buyers. So far I got my cash buyers list from my realtor. I crafted a postcard that I am getting ready to send to that list. I posted a few ghost ads on CL and other sites with no response, and my local reia club is on break until September.
I just want to kick this thing into high gear and I'm not sure if my efforts our enough to achieve my goals in the shortest amount of time possible.

Make sure you add in the end buyers profit if you're going to wholesale it. Leave enough cream at the top for the end buyer and you won't have a problem building up your buyers list.
