I am trying to set up my pre-recorded message and they will not let me submit my payment onformation until I put a referral e-mail in and I don't know of any. Anyone who has used this service and has a referral e-mail please let me know as soon as possible because I am excited to get going and this tiny detail is preventing me from getting the promotional price. Thanks for any help

I called the customer service number this morning and discovered that you don't need the referral to get the discount. Now I am looking for suggestions on a message for investors. I see Dean has one for buyers who don't qualify for conventional loans but is this a useful tool for investors too? I was thinking of using an extention where I can send the investors that gets right to the point and collects their information. Any help would be great. Thanks, Ben.

I have a messaging service that is pretty good.....pbnext....I think that's it?? You get the first Month free, then I believe its like $30.00 a month. I got a local number and a 800 number. Its already prerecorded with different options for buyers and sellers, referrals etc. You could also do your own recording if you want. Also, on top of all that you have the option of choosing from up to 8 different voices...man/woman....happy,professional,excited,serious.....you get the point. I believe that cost a little more. You listen to the messages over the computer after the account is set up. I only had the service for about a month so I really can't give you much feedback on how productive its been. But I will tell you this, I do get more messages on my cell phone than I do with the messaging service. I'm not so sure why, but I do. I might have to possibly shorten the recording. I'm in NY, and we don't have any patience here.
Good luck.
Mike
You can either look for opportunities or make them.

thanks for the advice, let me know if shortening up the message helps, I'm thinking of adding an extention so the caller can skip the whole message and get to the information I need. I think I can do this with COA but I haven't recorded my message yet so I'm not sure
Thanks, Ben
