So i have read 3 of the books went over these blogs and sadly given up about 5 times..its been 2 years..
This month i told my self I AM GOING TO DO THIS !!
So i am...but i found a road block that i think has got me every time...I read these blogs and people talk about working out the price or terms.
I just made my first call today, the story
The house is 35k over FMV, so i asked if he was willing to work the price and do a lease option. He said he wasnt willing to work the price so i asked for more time on the lease option * i have a few buyers for the location * and he made a weird noise and said "F#@$ off, i dont have time for this crap"
The house has been on the market for a few years from what i have seen and i know he is probably sick of the calls.
I just feel i was just "Another" investor to him..What types of scripts or conversations do you guys use to break them down to talk more.
Any advice or links to post i didn't see would be GREAT.. I want to make magic this weekend and called in sick from work and turned off my private phone to do this..just seems i found a road block that has stopped me for a few years

If its possible, I believe a face to face discussion about something so important would make this go smoother,.......HIS ANSWER TO THIS WILL MAKE OR BREAK THE DEAL
