great way to get motivated sellers

Hi, AGAIN

just wanted to let everyone know a great way to get some motivated sellers

go to google dot com

and type in your city housing violations

what you are looking for is your cities' website
that has a list of all the houses that are in violation due to taxes , fire, etc...

and once you get the list you want to contact the owner and ask if they might be interested in selling
most likely they will be

and are motivated

if you can't find it for some reason contact someone at your city housing office and ask how to get the list online if they have one

or to get one

another way to find your cities' list is

by going to google and typing in this

Warrant-Capias List

hit search and see what comes up

i already tried this for cleveland , akron , new york

and a few other cites

so it works

yours will look similar so check it out

after you find the owner send them a letter
or skip trace to get phone number and give them a call

or even go to their address if you really want the house
