I cant find a buyer

Have you tried bandit signs? Have you tried your local investment club? Have you tried the MLS? Have you tried a realtor? Have you tried a friend who might be looking to purchase a house, or know of someone who is? Have you tried a broker? Have you tried your real estate attorney? Have you tried a For Sale Sign on the property? Have you tried an open house? All these people and Techniques are ways to find buyers.
There are countless ways of finding a buyer.
You must understand that investors usually do not turn down great deals, even if they are out of funds they know of other investors who they would be willing to pass the deal to.
Consider that: You may be asking too much, the location of the property may not be in a great place.
Remember buy at extremely low price and sell at a low price, once you create a win, win situation your deal will more than likely move fast.

Have you thought of renting the house with a contract to make the deal even more attractive to your investors?

I do not know any details of your deal, but as you can see there are ways to find buyers every where!

I’m just getting started and my biggest concern, (so far) is to find a really great deal I can make some money on and then nobody in my buyers list is interested.
