Is there a sample property presentation from Dean & Matt's perspective?

What should a presentation look like? From all the full service info we should have in there to get our deals sold quicker, can someone shed some light on this? I'm looking for a good example to check out, to give some idea what it should be like. Thank you.

under Deans chin type in cbr(Matt) hit enter-then click on track to find info or go to his journal-
Hopes this helps.

I use a REI executive summary for a presentation to investor/buyer- (google it 4 samples)
