just wanted to let everyone know about this website and how to get buyers form it
it is called gosection8.com
it has a lot of houses for rent by section 8 landlords
so here is how you build up your buyers list using it step by step
1. go to gosection8.com
2.sign up
3.click on find rentals
4.click on location type in your city and state
5.click search
at this time the address and home info will pop up
6.click on the address link for the home
7. type in info in the request more details section on the right of the page (for voucher status click on i have a vocher)
8.click on contact lanlord button
9.click on save to my favorite lanlord
then look under the link that says favorite landlord
it will have their contact info inclucing phone number
as always
i really hope this helps someone

BUT, FOR BEST PRACTICE CALL REGUARDLESS
email marketing is great but only about 20 % of emails get open
so do both call everyone of them up
and you just might surprise yourself at how many buyers you get
P.S : DONT FORGET TO GET THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS' YOU ALREADY HAVE EVERYTHING ELSE AND GET THEIR CRITERIA FOR BUYING

Ok I've Found 8 Landlords I have there Numbers But i'm not able to call so I'm going to try to see if I can find their e-Mail addresses .
I have Their Numbers If anyone would like to help me Call them please PM me Due to my Disability i'm unable to Communicate over A Phone I try to do as much as I can online but If anyone would like To help me I can send over their Names/& Numbers so you can call for me & get their E-mail addresses .
