Investors may be holding the bag

Investors may be holding the bag

This story just in about cash rich investors scooping up properties and not the end buyers. Obviously, the end buyers are needed to make the housing recovery work. Therefore, just be careful with what you are doing as you don't want to be standing up when the music stops in this game of RE musical chairs.

Just buying property to be buying it when you don't have an exit strategy can be financial suicide.

Great reminder Bill! I'm sure that someone out there will save themselves a lot of TIME, Worry & CA$H, IF they put this in practice.

The video attached was interesting also. Shadow inventory and robo signers. Sounds like a covert ops type situation. Like I have always said before, the banks have created a major mess and they all have mud on their face. I am wondering if WalMart will dive into the REI game. Amazing....Jan

Thanks Bill !!

The article was extremely well written and and tells the tale of the real estate market today .

The video was interesting also. I think there is a ways to go before we come out of the pit .

Thanks Bill

Very good article. A person could spend a lot of time checking the content of that article. It has serious truth to it.

Bill, how much of that hesitancy described in the article, besides the stiffer policies by the banks and lower credit scores in general of the end buyers is due to the higher cost of utilities, fuel and maintenance to get back in the market again ?

Bill great article I got

Thanks, Bill.
