When putting together a "Buyers List" for
Probate Properties are there just specific
investors that are interested in Probate
Properties or can I just put together a
general buyers list to show properties to.
Also, does anyone have a letter they send to
the PR or the lawyer taking care of the sale
of the property.
Thanks!
Susan

Buyers are looking for deals, they can by on the MLS, FSBO, foreclosures, or probates. It really doesn't matter where they come from. You need to have multiple sources of deals. Probates should be one of them, there are 3 times as many probates as there are foreclosures. Dean has a great program that explains everything you need to know about probates.
... Verses: 35 "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; They will run and not grow weary, They will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31 ...
for sharing your letter.
