Good morning, bmcpherson. The home is a 3 bedroom/1 bath. The gentleman says the house needs about 15K in repair work. He also says the work needed is all cosmetic. He's offering it for sale for 79K. I requested comps from my agent, and she sent me 3. The lowest selling price was 101K in May of this year and the highest was 175K in April of this year.
