Faster ways to market your deals

Here are a few tips to market your deals faster:

-put craigslist ads everyday and not just in your area, but diff. areas as well.

-collect email names for mass email blasts with a professional looking brochure/package of the deal.

-Use **** to find/market to buyers in your area.

-Finally, dont let the buyer off the hook- if they show interest initially, theyre somewhat interested - bargain w them if the price is too high.

I use lead tackle but can you put on here what and where you advertise on CL I have many times only thing I get is SPAM in 2 weeks not one legit person looking for a home. would appreciate it if you can help on this problem need leads not dead ones. lol
