Hello,
Can anybody tell me how Matt said we could identify cash buyers through MLS? I have been able to find who has paid cash for their property. My question is do I ask each one of them if they are investors or another Matt mentioned that I missed?

If you know who paid cash, you have the problem half solved; just look up on property appraiser's website or at county court house to see where the tax bills are sent to, then send them a letter or post card to see if see they are interested in more properties. While checking for their addresses, you can see what types of properties they are buying.
As for finding cash buyers from MLS sales, a RE agent can pull it up through their MLS service, if they say it can't be done, tell them to call their MLS support staff to walk them through it.
Now that you have these names & addresses, add them to your buyers list, so you can match up properties to them.
I am very appreciative of your help here. I truly think this is what the DG family does well. Be supportive and compassionate. Again thank you.
