Over time I have received several questions (from Buyers, Sellers, Investors and YES, even DG_REI's) regarding some of the text in my Sig file.
Below I have pasted part of a recent reply I sent to someone, my intent was to encourage the writer to persevere, dig deeper and TAKE ACTION!

Nice to hear from you. Where are you, what state? To answer your question, "Any Price" is as long as it is within my Range, that the Deal works for me (price and everything else falling in to place) AND here's something to keep in mind.....it doesn't say, "I BUY EVERY HOUSE" or "I BUY ALL HOUSES." Do you have any of Dean's books? If not, I very strongly suggest you buy his most recent one, "YOUR TOWN Your Real Estate PROFITS!" It's well worth the very low price and it is a gold mine! When you get it, read it, reread it and then read it at least one more time. This book is Light Years apart from Others' books, seminars, workshops, bootcamps, webinars, blogs, etc. So, if you're wondering.....I've said it!
