I'm new to the site and Deans system but want to take advantage of this opportunity as soon as possible. Are there people in the Phoenix metro area who have already established their list of buyers that I could work with if I find a great deal until I solidify my own buyers list? I figure a little of something is better than all of nothing and this could allow me to get up and running sooner. It may also be a good way to partner with some people on some deals. If this is not the proper place to post this question, please accept my sincere apology as I get familiar with everything.

Hi!
I'm not in Phoenix, so I can't really help - except to say try these 2 things that worked best for me:
1 join an REI club immediately - you will meet buyers there.
See www.reiclub.com and look on the left for investor resources/clubs
2- simply do a search for "I buy houses Phoenix" you'll get lots of hits. Call them all up and ask what they are looking for - wala! a buyers list!
Also - 3 - go to auctions and talk to people bidding - they are buyers!
Blessings & Favor,
Gena.
