What Are The Best Ways to Advertise Assignment Deals???
should we put something like...
Locked up deal for 135,000 assignment fee of 10,000 bringing total price to 145,000...
then a description of the property
and then include the comps...
or should it be something completely different?

What if you advertised the $145,000 price only and when you speak to your investor(s) let them know about the $10,000 you are making. In the add where you include the comps they would see how much they are making (a GREAT deal.) We haven't done any deals yet so I'm not speaking from experience.
When we met with one of our cash investors he said that there are many investors out there who will have a problem with the amount of money we are making on the deal. Then I asked him if he was to make $40K on the deal and we made $10K if that would bother him. He said no because the most he ever made was $32K.
Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I'm thinking would work for you.
Best of luck on this deal!!
