OfflineHas anyone used Dean's probate finder? If so did you have any luck finding the 'Working Case Sheet' form? I have all the other forms, not sure what I'm doing wrong but can't find this one.

I think that form is not available. The Probate doc mentions the Working Case form but is not listed with the others (master index sheet, price decision form and property evaluation form). I sent a message to the support team. Thanks for spotting this. I downloaded the forms but did not notice that one.

I also talked with the support team last week. The person I talked to didn't know anything about the form. He as supposed to follow up. No call back yet; guess it's time for me to make the call. Will let you know....

Just finished talking to tech support today. As I was talking to the person, another rep overheard our conversation and chimed. Bottom Line --- They are aware of it missing on the APF site and working to get it resolved. She said she would call me back when they get an answer. I suggested they use this forum to post the fact that they know its missing as well as let us know when they have it resolved; sure would cut down a bunch of phone calls to the help desk.

I just spoke to one of the customer service people and she said that the 'working case sheet' should have been called the master index sheet. So that answers my question. Thanks for your help.

Probate Finder is something that Dean wote about how to find probate properties, including no money down strategies, and other great information. My husband got it a while back and I'm not sure if he ordered it or found it on the website or what. Sorry I can't be more helpful, maybe someone else has better information for you.

Received the Probate Finder certificate but I believe its on a trial basis so I haven't tried to access the automated probate finder. Anyone with information on this aspect please shoot it over to me, Thx.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to exactly how, where i can get this probate finder? How much is it? I have been investing for about a year now & have never even heard of a resource such as the probate finder. I do alot of direct mailing & can just imagine how many more closings I can do with such a resource. Would someone be so kind as to provide me with this information asap.
