OfflineThis one little secret is Huge...I believe. I learned from another person. I'm still new and not sure if I can endorse his name or not. So I'm not. But the secret is:
Step 1 - Business cards (not your traditional ones), but more ones that are designed to be direct to your niche/market. Printed on Bright Neon Green. On front write "I BUY HOUSES" CALL NOW YOUR PHONE#
Step 2 - The card size should be when you fold in half, the height and with should be about the size of a regular business card. So on the inside - write your description who help, how, and why they need to act...just like DEAN teaches.
Step 3(the secret) - on the back write " $500 REFERRAL IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO SELL " Basically you will give $500 to anybody you know that refers you a home that you buy. Is that incentive or what. You have to be willing to give a little and be thankful for them.
