I Haven't posted in a long time. been little busy 
Just want to share with you the importance of having a buyers list and putting up Bandit signs to continue growing that list. Had a deal this week ready to close, My buyer failed to perform the day of closing and walked away. I quickly went out and put some bandit signs and in a few hours I got a call from a buyer. I sent him to the house, He saw it and immediately called me back saying to send him a contract for purchase. I just finishing closing the deal today with him. This was all done in 2 days. Moral of the story is never stop getting more buyers. Hope everyone is killing it in the town.

Congrats to you on this deal! You are so right about bandit signs. I've closed a few also by just putting up signs in the area of a house I'm trying to sell with specifics on that house. Works like a charm! Much more success to you!

Nice job. I say you can never have too many buyers, right. These work great also when you have a property that may not be the best area of town. Someone may see your sign in the neighborhood, and since they already know the area, they are more likely to buy. It works. Good luck to you.
