OfflineHelp!! We have been posting ads all over Craig's list which in my experience is supposed to be the best place to do it. We are in 7 different states and have had only one reply and now he will not respond back. We are extremely frustrated with this. We have properties that we can flip or reassign but can't find buyers. Suggestions? We need to make some money fast? Where do all of you superstars out there find your buyers?

Find your local REI meetings and you will meet many cash investors there. Take plenty of your business cards because they all exchange cards at these meetings. And Craigs List has always been very successful for me.
