OfflineAs an official Trainer for Dean I have an opportunity to talk to students every day. I want to say that the importance of using well placed bandit signs cannot be overly stressed. These little marketing tools really work.
I want to invite those of you that are out there to tell us some of the things you write on your signs that work. Tell us where you place the signs.

We use Bandit signs ALL THE TIME here in NW Indiana and get most of our properties from there.
We Cannot agree more with what you said Roy- these DO WORK. We have put out 25 signs at a time and get about 5 calls a week from them. We leave there for about a month then pick them up refresh them and move them to another areas and then back again.
Not every house is a good fit but it fits the 25-1 ratio nicely.
We do the WE BUY HOUSES ANY CONDITION..... and we also get buyers asking what we have avail so it works for both sellers and buyers.
