I give full credit to Gena Horiatis for making me aware of this method to find cash buyers.
The idea is to do a search on You Tube similar to one you would do on craigslist, kijiji, google or google maps. So you could do a search for "Buy Houses" in "Los Angeles, CA" Use all the variations on search terms you would use doing a search on the other sites. So another example would be "Pay Cash" in "Los Angeles, CA" The results may surprise you. It turns out that investors use You Tube to market their business and their product. You will find simple we buy houses ads. You will also find deals that investors currently are marketing and rehabs that investors are in the process of completing. They market themselves and their properties on You Tube which allows us to locate them and gives us information about how to contact them.
Again I take no credit for this idea or method, Gena introduced it to me. Gena also suggested that new wholesalers can use You tube as a way to market their services to find properties for investors so that buyers will contact you. I love the idea and thank Gena for introducing me to it.
Hope this helps.
Utube is a great tool. You can give instruction or promote your website as well. Not sure if I thought about getting buyers to find you, or promoting properties. Great idea!

This is great.
Thanks for the Youtube tips. I'm on youtube all the time learning swimming tips...it only makes sense to extend my marketing efforts to the same.
Thanks.
Lets coin this as a new phrase, "Youtubing".
