Hi, everyone!
Has anyone tried this? I have been building a list of divorce and probate attorneys in the greater Seattle area right now and also have already drafted a letter.
I wonder if there is any good strategy to increase the chance of the letter actually making its way to the lawyers.
I want the letters to go past the reception.

You might want to find out the attorney's name and address the letter directly to them. That might give you a better shot of the receptionist not opening it.
Also, if they offer a free initial consultation, you might want to set up an appointment to tell them what you do (just make sure to tell your spouse BEFORE you stop by there why you are going, or you may end up making a second trip) lol.
Hope this helps,

Here is a FREE property analyzer I've found:

It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
Stephan is right. Always make the effort to meet ANYONE you want to do business with face to face. It takes more effort than sitting at home putting stamps on envelopes and forces you out of the old comfort zone, but is a far better way to build relationships. If you can't get an appointment, ask permission to send your letter along with your business card. The letter will have a better chance of making it to the person you intend it for and you may receive a return call because of your persistence.
You made yourself stand out from the rest by PHONING first. Attorneys get 100s of letters every day.

Thank you so much, guys! Addressing the letters to a particular attorney, trying to meet the attorneys in person, etc, all great ideas!
I will get busy doing just that. Action!
