OfflineWhen sending letters to absentee owners that were cash buyers in a particular area, should the letter be computer printed, sign name and hand address the envelope? Or does the entire letter also need to be handwritten too? Thanks.

I personally use postcards that simply say
"I Want to BUY your House in _______________(City)."
It gets their attention and generates calls. Currently, I'm getting about a 5-10% response rate. I've tried both handwritten and computer generated messages. But, I always hand write the addresses. I can't tell much difference in response from hand written to computer generated messages. But put a regular stamp on each one.
