Buyers list software?

Hi guys ope all is well.
I have a binder right now with all my buyers but,
I was wondering if there is some type of software that is available for keeping tabs on your buyes? If the software is really good You can type an address and all the buyers that buy there will pop up or a price range etc, you get my point.

hmmmm.....

I'm not aware of any software out there that is specific to Buyers in our terms. However there is a software called "ACT" that is a great software for tracking clients. I used it when I worked as a loan officer. It was great! It is a little pricey but do a little research, I'm sure you can find it for a decent price and/or find something else comparable.
