I like the resources provided above, and I use them all the time. But when i travel I like to take new routes. If i'm heading down town I will take new streets all the time so I can look for the FSBO signs, but more importantly the vacant homes.
My first 2 deals and I have done tons since were vacant homes. I still have them and rent them out, they cash flow like crazy. I get about 600 per month net profit off of one of them. That is 7K per year i'm making from a simple find of a vacant home
it is a gold mine waiting for you to find it.
