OfflineA great strategy to find cash buyers to wholesale properties. Well there are many ways to find them, but here is a way that is guaranteed to work.
Everyday buyers are purchasing properties, how many retail buyers purchase a home with cash? Very few. But I know who does.
Answer: Cash Buyer Investors.
If you need to build a good buyers list with active investors that are buying properties. Look on the MLS for properties that have sold for CASH. Then look on the title of the home and find out what person or company purchased the home. That will lead you to the buyer.
It works every time.

This strategy works! Get sold listings from your agent of properties that have sold for "cash" in the last 90 days. It is a simple search for your agent to do and a great resource to help with your buyers list!

Real estate investment clubs are my favorite way to find investors. I love this resource because you get to meet people in person and this is where I see the majority of my clients buyers list come from. There are so many options and way to find buyers but the investment club is where you can meet many in one night and build your list quickly

I like to use bandit signs. Bandit signs work for me and help me find Investors that are not online and many who do not attend real estate investment clubs. I'll put out 10-15 at a time.
