I have 6 properties I am going to put my first offers on today, but I have a question. If I have a 30 day contract ad I get one of my buyers to buy it on the 28th day, does that mean he has only one day to close?

Good Question Ed. Since the contract is for 30days in this case, it might take another few days for it to sell....
