Just wondering in addition to this site how many of you use Twitter. I at one time thought it was a waste, but in two weeks, i've gotten three new clients who were looking to purchase and two of my properties are going to contract.
Give it a try, make all your 'tweets' RE related and you'll be surprised by how many people want to follow you.

Yes, have been using twitter for a long time, its great. I havent got anything there yet, but I closed 2 deals off of using Facebook , NETWORK NETWORK ETC ..

Twitter, I am scared of facebook. Went on the last time and check out my employers that are also on facebook. To my surprise, they were requesting to be my friend and wanted to accept me. I blocked them out instantly. That was the end of my curiosity. To do Twitter, I will have to be taught and taught well. Advances in technology could be intimidating. LOL LOL

Who else is out in the twitter-verse?
I know investors who are closing 1-2 deals a month using Twitter. It is worth creating an account and trying it out. Twitter is easy. You are posting your status and following others. When you have a deal - post it! All of your followers will get your post. What a great way to advertise a deal to the masses in one shot!
