I am still starting out and I am looking to expand my buyers list. Currently my list does exist, but that isn't saying much...
Anyhow, I was rereading the 30 days to real estate cash book and taking things step-by-step. I came across the part that talks about getting a real estate agent (which I tried before, but didn't do it right) and it says to ask them "for a list of the names of all the cash buyers of real estate within the last 90 days."
I was wondering when/how I should ask them that. I know in the past that asking for a list such as that hasn't yielded results, I must be doing it wrong.
I'm really excited to get things going: I am making bandit signs, preparing for the calls, and tomorrow morning I will be following the steps to get a good agent and attorney.
Any help would be much appreciated. Also, I am in Maryland if any of you are interested in networking!

I followed the steps that Dean layed out in the video and the 30 days to real estate cash as well as the things mentioned here in the site on how to find an agent: it worked the first time!
I am in contact with an agent who had a great response to all of the questions I asked, she and her "team" she mentioned work with investors, and she has no problem submitting "lowball" offers. Her exact words: "I've been in this business too long to worry about offending people!"

you ask your realtor about cash solds & I would ask about properties sold in 2011.all you will get are addresses,then you resurch the address @ the assessors web site to get names.
another way to find buyers is look for realestate auctions & put out bandit signs around the auction area.I did this 2 days ago & got 5 good leads.
you need a great realtor to get cash solds keep moving foward & learning.

Thanks Matt! I emailed her some questions and such that I found on this site/in the books and one of them is about the cash buyers like you mentioned.
I'll be sure to keep an eye out for real estate auctions in the area. I'm also attending a real estate investor group this tuesday!
